Clarification and Exemption
Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has enabled a mechanism, by which a taxable person can request FTA for a technical Clarifications to matters of uncertainty encountered after reviewing the laws, executive regulations and guides/ information applicable and published by the FTA. Further, A taxable person can also seek an exception from certain provisions of laws and its regulations on the basis of practical issues.
